While it may seem like physical media editions of films new and old are dwindling, new releases come available each month to pick up in brick-and-mortar locations, as well as online. One such distributor, Mill Creek Entertainment, offers titles with special slipcovers that help denote their inclusion in the Retro VHS / Rewind Collection. In June, four such titles are You Light Up My Life (1977), Lovelines (1984), Fast Forward (1985), and Cold Steel (1987). You Light Up My Life Official Synopsis:

Laurie has been in show business since she was a child. Her dream is to be a singer, songwriter and actress. Her father wants her to be a comedian like him and Laurie only tries because it pleases her father. But she is a lousy comedian. She auditions for everything and is engaged to Ken, but Ken does not understand her needs. She has a one night stand with Chris, only to later find that he is a director. She has many emotions that have not yet been addressed and she must face them before she can get on with her life.

Fast Forward Official Synopsis:

Eight young people from Ohio who are dancers, come to New York, to compete in a major talent competition. But when they get there, they learn that they have to wait some time before they take part in it. So they try to do their best to survive in the Big Apple before competition, and get some lessons about the real World.

Cold Steel Official Synopsis:

On Christmas Eve, Johnny Modine’s father is murdered by a psycho cutthroat. The cop swears bloody revenge, though he’s taken off the case. He doesn’t suspect yet that he’s also the target in a diabolic plan of revenge.
