Each year in December, the members of the North Carolina Film Critics Association (NCFCA) submit the names of the films, performers, and craftspeople that represent what they think is the best in cinema for that year. Now, for the 12th annual awards, the NCFCA has announced their nominees.
In this new episode of Meet Me at the Movies, host Noel T. Manning (and Vice-President of the NCFCA) welcomes me (the current president) onto the show to discuss this year’s nominees.

N.C. Film Critics Association President Douglas Davidson joins Noel T. Manning II to offer highlights of the 2023 Best in Cinema nominees for the NCFCA. Winners are scheduled to be announced on Jan. 3, 2024.
