“No good movie is long enough and no bad movie is short enough.”
– Roger Ebert
While Mr. Ebert is correct, there’s something about cuing up a film and finding out it’s 90 minutes. There’s a promise of a tightly-packed, perhaps quick paced tale that’ll get you in-and-out before you realize it. It’s with this in mind that Episode 74 explores a few of our favorite 90 minute films and why.
In addition, for our challenges this episode, Darryl checked out Bong Joon Ho’s Okja and I *finally* watched Charlie Kaufman’s i’m thinking of ending things. If you haven’t seen them, both are streaming on Netflix.
Cine-Men hosts Douglas Davidson and Seed return to discuss movies they’ve seen recently, some of their favorite movies under 90 minutes, and the Cine-Men Challenge!
