A Conversation with director Amy Jo Johnson.

Amy Jo Johnson is a singer, songwriter, TV star and filmmaker. She made her debut on TV as the original Pink Power Ranger (Kimberly Ann Hart), starred in the CBS series Flashpoint and has gone on to become a film director. Here, she talks with Noel T. Manning II about her life in entertainment and her journey into bringing the feature film Tammy’s Always Dying (starring Felicity Huffman) to life.

Noel T. Manning is a member of the CCA and the NCFCA and is also the host of the television program and radio show Meet Me at the Movies. He’s the founder of the Real to Reel Film Fest and is an adjunct professor of film studies. When he’s not embracing mainstream, indie, international, documentary or art films, he’s digging into the world of cinema by chatting with principle individuals involved in various aspects of the filmmaking industry.
