With the end of February comes the close to the 2018 cinematic season, but it also brings many new films to theaters! This March, you can look forward to at least 27 contenders fighting for your hard-earned dollars, so here’s a quick breakdown of each one to help you make a plan.

March 1st
Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral

As fascism spreads, German refugee Georg (Franz Rogowski) flees to Marseille and assumes the identity of the dead writer whose transit papers he is carrying. Living among refugees from around the world, Georg falls for Marie (Paula Beer), a mysterious woman searching for her husband–the man whose identity he has stolen. Adapted from Anna Segher’s 1942 novel, Transit transposes the original story to the present, blurring periods to create a timeless exploration of the plight of displaced people.
Saint Judy

Furie

The Wedding Guest

Captain Marvel

Gloria Bell

The Kid

Wonder Park

Wonder Park tells the story of a magnificent amusement park where the imagination of a wildly creative girl named June comes alive. One magical day, June is running through the woods to find her way home where she discovers an old rollercoaster car and climbs inside. She suddenly finds herself in Wonderland, an amusement park she had created in her mind and put aside. All of her rides and characters are brought to life but are falling into disarray without her. Now, with the help of her fun and lovable park characters, June will have to put the wonder back in Wonderland before it is lost forever.
Five Feet Apart

Stella Grant (Haley Lu Richardson) is every bit a seventeen-year-old: she’s attached to her laptop and loves her best friends. The Mustang

Captive State

The Hummingbird Project

Ash Is Purest White (Limited)

Qiao (Zhao Tao) is in love with her boyfriend Bin (Liao Fan), a small-time gangster. During a fight between rival gangs, she fires a gun to protect him. Qiao gets five years in prison for this act of loyalty. Upon her release, she goes looking for Bin to pick up where they left off.
Finding Steve McQueen
Director: Mark Steven Johnson.
Cast: Travis Fimmel, Rachael Taylor, William Fichtner, and Forest Whitaker.

Dumbo
